Sourcing
We source premium green beans from renowned Ethiopian coffee regions such as Sidamo, Yirgacheffe, Guji and Harrar selecting only the highest-quality lots with full attention to traceability.
Quality Control
From the moment coffee cherries leave the drying beds until beans are ready for shipment, we maintain rigorous quality protocols. Our experienced team cups and scores every lot, and conducts physical analyses checking humidity, water activity, density, and more to ensure consistently high standards.
