TRANSPARENCY

We Are Abyssinia Heritage Coffee

Abyssinia Heritage Coffee is a Norway-based coffee importer and roaster building a documented pathway between Ethiopian origin and Nordic customers.

We work with Ethiopian coffee through connected channels: green coffee for roasters and professional buyers, Oslo-roasted coffee for cafés, offices, retailers, and private customers, and limited cultural products such as the AHC Origin Ritual Kit.

Our role is simple: to make Ethiopian coffee easier to trust, easier to document, and easier to bring into the Nordic market with care.

We are not only selling coffee.

We are building a coffee corridor - one lot, one document, one shipment, and one batch at a time.

Real sustainability begins with fairness, proof, and responsibility.

That is why we document first.

What AHC Does

From Ethiopian origin to Nordic cups green, roasted, documented.

AHC does not only sell coffee.
We build a documented pathway from Ethiopian origin to Nordic customers.

Our work connects sourcing, importing, roasting, traceability, and cultural storytelling so buyers can understand where the coffee comes from, how it was handled, and why it matters.

Four connected functions.
One transparent coffee corridor.

WHY THIS MODEL EXISTS

Coffee should not lose its origin on the way to market.

AHC was built because Ethiopian coffee deserves more than anonymous trade, and Nordic buyers deserve more than beautiful claims without records.

Our model connects origin sourcing, import planning, Oslo roasting, sample evaluation, documentation, and cultural storytelling into one transparent coffee corridor.

Green coffee. Roasted coffee. Ritual products.
One system of origin, movement, handling, and proof.

AHC Is Built as a Corridor

Abyssinia Heritage Coffee connects Ethiopian origin with Nordic buyers through sourcing, importing, roasting, documentation, and responsible storytelling.

Behind every AHC product is the same principle: coffee should be traceable, carefully handled, and easy to understand.

  • Green coffee for roasters and professional buyers

  • Oslo-roasted coffee for cafĂ©s, offices, retailers, and private customers

  • Documentation connected to origin, shipment, storage, roast, packing, and sales records

  • Cultural products such as the AHC Origin Ritual Kit, presented with care and respect

We are not a commodity supplier.

We are building a documented coffee corridor.

AHC works with buyers who want Ethiopian coffee with clear origin, careful handling, and realistic commercial planning.

For roasters, cafés, offices, retailers, and professional partners, our role is to reduce uncertainty before trade begins.

We support buyers with:

  • origin clarity

  • sample evaluation

  • roasted coffee releases

  • green coffee conversations

  • documentation review

  • realistic volume planning

  • long-term supplier relationships

One corridor.

For Nordic Buyers

Sample Program

The AHC sample program allows buyers to experience the model before committing.

Samples are for evaluation, not pressure.

Green coffee samples are available for roasters, cafés, and professional buyers evaluating Ethiopian lots.

Roasted coffee samples may be available for cafés, offices, retailers, and private customers interested in AHC’s Oslo-roasted release.

The AHC Origin Ritual Kit introduces Ethiopian coffee through traditional home roasting, cultural context, and guided preparation.

Samples may include basic origin information, tasting notes where available, and traceability context.

Samples are for evaluation.
Shipping may apply.

TRACEABILITY & GEOLOCATION

Every coffee lot needs a file before it becomes a claim.

For our current Guji lot, farm-level geolocation has been received and stored in the internal AHC traceability file.

Recorded coordinate:
5.914333, 38.816694

Current status:
Farm-level geolocation received.
Full traceability and EUDR documentation under verification.

We do not overclaim.
We document first.
